Heavenly Oreo Dessert

The name describes this dessert perfectly. It is heavenly… and dangerous. For your thighs, that is. It’s one of those desserts you can’t. stop. eating…… So don’t say I didn’t warn you!  😉 INGREDIENTS 1 (15.35 ounce) package Double-Stuffed Oreo cookies 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 packages (3.9 ounce, each) Instant Chocolate pudding mix 3 1/4 cups cold milk 2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip 1 (8 ounce) block Cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS Take a large zip-lock bag and place all the Oreo cookies inside. Seal bag shut and place on counter. Using a rolling pin, crush the cookies until they are small chunks/crumbs. You want them to still be chunky and small, but not fine crumbs. Set aside half of the cookie crumbs for the topping. Pour the other half of cookie crumbs into a 9×13 baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the crumbs and mix well to combine. Here’s a deliciously simple weeknight dinner for you that I prepared for Goodbite.com and the Real Women of Philadelphia.  This is one of those dinners the the whole family loves.  Creamy with lots of chicken and full of flavor 🙂  Enjoy!! Broccoli Tots are a fun and healthy play on tater tots made with finely chopped broccoli in place of potatoes. I'd say that the most important part about making these is to make sure you get as much liquid out of the broccoli as possible before mixing it with the other ingredients.  If not, they'll just fall apart and turn out soggy.  Still tasty, but not as good as when they get that little bit of crisp on the outside. These little bite-sized broccoli tots would be great served as a size dish alongside Homemade Crunchy Baked Fish Sticks or Oven Fried Panko Crusted Chicken Drumsticks.  It think they'd even be great as an appetizer!
